TERMS OF SERVICE

1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact info@cairnandcrank before cancelling any items.

You have the right to cancel the product within 30 days of purchase. Any and all deposits are non refundable. Make sure to include contact information with the cancellation and if possible, please provide us with a brief description of your case.

2. REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any deposit paid. We will, however, endeavour to find another suitable tour for you if possible.

2.1 REFUNDS

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

2.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
